I have been involved in real estate for well over 30 years in the capacity of investor, home buyer, home seller, flipper, property rehabber and Real Estate Professional. That range of experience allows me to help my clients with all aspects of their real estate needs. I have seen it all – from boom to bust and back again – and love every minute of the process. As a designated ‘Short Sale Foreclosure Resource’ (SFR), I am experienced with all aspects of the short sale process. I process all my short sales personally; I never hand them out to a third party company. I am also a certified ‘Seller Representative Specialist’ (SRS) which allows me to give the highest level of service to sellers. My goal is to always get the highest price for my sellers while striving to get the best deal for my buyers. In the last three years, I have represented buyers and sellers in over 91 transactions (single family homes, luxury condos, high-rise condos) in the greater Las Vegas area. My speciality is The Meridian at Hughes Center for which I previously served on the HOA board. I am also fully versed on The Platinum Hotel, Las Vegas Country Club, Park Avenue, Tuscano, and Manhattan. Before becoming a full time Realtor, I spent many years in the high tech industry in senior management roles directing and ensuring every detail of highly complex projects were delivered flawlessly. I bring that high level of attention to detail to all of my clients.
