I have been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. From title & escrow, to representing buyers & sellers, to real estate data & analytics, to teaching & educating the real estate community in contracts, agency, ethics and law. My years of experience are hard to beat. I got into real estate because of a conversation my grandfather had with me years ago when I first moved to Las Vegas from Southern California. I was moving to start a family and my grandfather told me I needed a career that would provide for my family and to buy a home as quick as possible so I could have a basis for my future wealth and most importantly, that stability needed to start a family. Fast forward many years, one of my proudest moments as an agent was to represent my own daughter in the purchase of her first home.
