As former City Manager for the City of North Las Vegas, Patrick Importuna not only earned the respect and admiration of his peers for his high ethical standards, but Patrick learned the ins and outs of Las Vegas living and how to get things done.
For over 30 years, Patrick has been involved in residential, retail, commercial and industrial real estate transactions. As a government official, he was responsible for negotiating key partnerships between the public and private sectors to further office space lease opportunities, develop hotels, and secure nationally known tenants for commercial shopping centers.
Patrick also served as City Manager for the cities of Cypress and Lawndale, California and interim Assistant City Manager for the City of Seal Beach, California. Additionally, Patrick''''s experience as a Community Development Director for the cities of Alhambra, Fontana, Lynwood and Garden Grove, California gives him the added advantage of understanding the concerns of his clients, whether buyer or seller, for the safety, appearance, opportunities and services of their neighborhoods.
