For over 30 years, Patrick has been involved in residential, retail, commercial and industrial real estate transactions. As a government official, he was responsible for negotiating key partnerships between the public and private sectors to further office space lease opportunities, develop hotels, and secure nationally known tenants for commercial shopping centers. Patrick also served as City Manager for the cities of Cypress and Lawndale, California and interim Assistant City Manager for the City of Seal Beach, California.
