A native New Yorker (The Bronx), John’s diverse background as a gemologist, commercial leasing director and a degree in Business give him the ability to investigate, negotiate and successfully close your transaction in the most efficient way possible. John relocated to Las Vegas in 1999, and in the last 5 years he has sold over 150 new homes in communities throughout Las Vegas. He has also earned his Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP) and Certified Foreclosure Alternatives Consultant (CFAC) designations.
