Ursula Dunn is a graduate from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She also pledged Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. After graduating from college, she entered the United States Army as a Signal Corp Officer where she served a total of 8 years. Awards to her credit include the Army Commendation Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal with 3 Bronze Stars, Kuwait Liberation Medal, & Parachute Badge for attending the Airborne Course at Fort Benning, GA. She is a Veteran of the Persian Gulf War – Desert Shield/Desert Storm 1992. Her military experience abroad and in the United States taught her the importance of discipline, organization, respect for all team players and understanding the mission to achieve common goals.
As a Las Vegas native, Ursula Dunn has witnessed the dramatic changes over the years in the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson areas to include the development of Master Planned Communities and the steady relocation of people from all over the United States and overseas.
Ursula entered the Mortgage/Real Estate Industry in 1994. She has a comprehensive level of experience as she has worked as a Home Loan Processor for 8 years, Residential Appraiser Intern for 1 year and a Real Estate Salesperson for 18 years. Her formal training and professional experience in these areas has enabled her to educate, counsel and advise first time and more experienced Buyers and Investors. In 2021, Ursula completed yet another milestone by completing the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist training which allows her to extend her service in helping people to sell Real Property of deceased loved ones.
