Greetings everyone, my name is Gurpreet but I prefer to go by “G”. I am a Southern California native. I bought, sold and flipped many homes in California before deciding to move to Vegas in 2015. Later that year, I purchased my first commercial property and then shortly after I signed franchise agreements with BP petroleum and acquired a gas station/convenience store. In 2016 I opened an restaurant and sold it two years later for a profit. in 2018 I become a franchisee for Terriyaki Madness. Along with buying and selling real estate, I am also a developer. I recently purchased land in Henderson and are currently under construction for Express Car Wash and Gas Station/Convenience store.
