Lance Hamrick

Lance Hamrick was born in Casablanca, Morocco, and in 1977 the whole family moved from Georgia to Las Vegas, Nevada (by way of Germany and England) – he knows about relocating! Lance moved from his career in luxury automobile customer service (affiliated with the Fletcher Jones Lexus and Mercedes) into real estate and associated with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty. Customers immediately recognize Lance’s reputation for providing the highest level of customer service, and his dedication to creating the most flawless buying/selling experience in the Las Vegas valley. His motto is to “help people achieve their desire to buy and sell real estate property in a systematic and efficient way.” Lance has strengthened the alliances he’s built over 36 years living in Las Vegas while working with out of state brokers on real estate transactions. Lance has a proven track record to sell through a recession having closed over $30M in real estate transactions since 2009. He is experienced with leasing retail space for world-renowned resort company, MGM MIRAGE; and has worked with Henderson Engineers to obtain additional office space in Howard Hughes Center. Lance continues to be involved in his community by contributing time and resources to United Way, the Las Vegas Dream Center (for victims of Hurricane Katrina); and most recently with the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation (NCCF).
