Ann Drometer

Having received her start in May of 2000 in the Las Vegas Real Estate industry with one of the most prominent foreclosure real estate brokers in the Las Vegas Valley Ann Drometer is a well rounded individual who began her career in REO. Spending over six years in an REO environment Ann left this specialized niche to concentrate on working with traditional Sellers and with Buyers. Beginning in Spring 2009 she began to work extensively with relocation companies such as Cartus, Grabel, Servus and Worldwide ERC to name a few all while working in the capacity as the Relocation Director for Century 21 MoneyWorld. Additionally Ann is extremely well versed in short sales having negotiated hundreds with a success rate of over 95%. Having been raised in the Midwest Ann has always had a sense of adventure. She moved to Europe at the age of 17 to study in Germany and received her B.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy, and her B.S. in International Business with a minor in German from Schiller International University in Heidelberg, Germany. She is fluent in German and Dutch, has traveled extensively throughout the world and states she is always looking forward to the next travel adventure. While Ann had never imagined a career in real estate she feels she has found her passion. Every file is a new scenario with different players in the game. Ann resides in Henderson with her daughter and their dog Sweetie.
