Professional Standards

The Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards and Development Department supports REALTOR® volunteer panels whose primary purpose is to enforce the Code of Ethics as set forth by the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS® -AND- the National Association of REALTORS®. This panel covers a variety of services including:
  1. Code of Ethics enforcement
  2. Arbitration Hearings
  3. Mediation Hearings
These services are offered to members of the public when the services of a REALTOR® member are a part of the transaction and/or complaint. Forms for each area can be downloaded at anytime. Complete instructions are included. Please Note: Once a complaint is submitted to the Department (Complete, with all necessary information.), it is forwarded to the appropriate panel to obtain a ratified conclusion.
