Member Benefit Corner- Monthly Comparative Statistics

Every month, GLVAR compiles monthly housing statistics based on the previous month’s inventory, new listings, prices and sales. The stats are made available to GLVAR members and members of the media. They are posted in the newsroom on GLVAR’s website around the 10th day of the month. These statistics compare each month’s numbers to those of the previous month and year.  You will also find charts showing statistical trends since 2004. A press release accompanies the stats package and also highlights the percentages of cash buyers, REO and short sales.
